The portal Anywork Anywhere was founded by Jo Drury and John Davie in January 2000. After over a year of research and development the site went live in March 2001. Since then it has grown rapidly and now records over 135,000 unique visitors every month.

The founders had travelled extensively throughout the world for five years, taking advantage of the multitude of employment opportunities on offer, when they came up with the idea to create a much needed, straight forward and convenient location to seek work and find staff in the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

To date, in excess of 30,000 jobs have been advertised on the web site on behalf of over five hundred companies, ranging from large recruitment agencies and tour operators to independent farms and hotels, with hundreds of job vacancies being filled by our visitors every week.
